1. Digital Service – No Automatic Refunds
Numerix.space provides instant-access digital services, including:
- Numerology analysis reports
- Mobile number compatibility insights
- "Good Numbers" generator
- PDF/Excel report exports
Because access is granted immediately upon successful payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined below.
2. When We May Grant a Refund
We may consider a full or partial refund only in the following cases:
- Technical Failure: Payment succeeded but you never received service access due to a system error.
- Accidental Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same plan.
- Unresolved Critical Bug: A core feature (e.g., PDF generation) remains broken for over 24 hours after reporting.
3. When Refunds Are NOT Issued
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with numerology results
- User error (e.g., entering incorrect mobile number)
- Misunderstanding how numerology works
- Temporary service unavailability (< 24 hours)
4. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Plan (₹100): Valid for 1 day — auto-expires. No action needed.
- Premium Plan (₹365): Valid for 365 days — no early cancellation or partial refunds.
Your access ends automatically when the validity period expires.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify:

- Include:
- Your registered email
- Payment ID (from Razorpay/Alchemy receipt)
- Date & amount of transaction
- Reason for refund request
- We’ll respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
